taxEase emerged in 2001 to provide an alternative, low cost professional tax preparation and e-file.  Upon conception (prior to regulations) taxEase was a simple approach to tax preparation, reasonably priced and extended to members of a small community. Now as new regulations emerge yearly, we have had to "step it up" and provide e-filing for our clients.  Now, years later, taxEase has "conformed" and is a full-service, mobile tax service.  We offer e-file with direct deposit of your refund in 9-14 days.  You can arrange for automatic payment of any taxes you owe. If you cannot afford the tax prep and/or e-file fees you can have them deducted from your return.

Being customer service minded, it was a “no-brainer” to offer pick up and delivery to my neighbors and the policy was soon extended to all of Butte County (within 1/2 mile of paved/maintained road). You can have your taxes done right at your kitchen table (allow 1 hour, minimum), come to the office or take advantage of the "pick up and delivery".  Regardless of which method you choose you can relax knowing that your taxes are done professionally, using IRS approved software by an authorized and California certified preparer.
